- Assist research and agreements between the school and industry establishments.
- Support participants on intellectual property and commercializing inventions.
- Guide Olivet researchers, students, and faculty on assessing opportunities for venture startups based on technologies.
- Facilitate opportunities for sponsored research projects between industry partners and R&D participants.
- Consult R&D participants on Licensing agreements, NDA, Conflict of Interest, regulations on University technology transfer.
